  • Any city in the Valley of the Sun, including but not limited to: Gilbert, Queen Creek, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, and Goodyear. We're also happy to travel outside of the Valley. Reach out and we can discuss!

  • Yes all of our drone photographers currently hold Part 107 licenses from the FAA.

    • For photos, we’ll deliver the media within 24 hours of shoot completion.

    • For videos, we’ll deliver the media within 48 hours of shoot completion.

  • Shoot duration depends on square footage and services purchased (photos, video, 3D tours, drone, footage, etc), but generally the shoot is 90 minutes.

  • Though we don't have a limit for number of photos in our packages, our goal is to shoot the entire interior and exterior of the property in the most favorable, marketable light. We will deliver the number of photos needed to tell the best possible story for the property.

  • Yes. We charge a $75 return-trip fee when we need to revisit a property due to circumstances outside of our control. Common examples include:

    • The exterior or landscaping was not photo-ready.

    • Access was delayed or unavailable (e.g., missing gate code, locked property).

    • The client requests additional angles or photos after décor or staging changes.

    This fee does not apply when a client adds services later (such as adding drone video or twilight photos).

  • We charge a $50 fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the shoot. We do not charge for reschedules.

  • It depends on the type of listing and package pricing:

    • For residential listings, we don't charge a deposit.

    • For commercial listings, we ask for a 25% deposit for listings greater than $2,000. Terms for the deposit will be described in the contract, but generally we allow a refund if cancelled within 7 calendar days of the shoot.

  • For most shoots, we do not, but it does depend on the distance we’ll need to travel:

    • For shoots within a 45 mile radius of our base location (Queen Creek and Val Vista in Gilbert), we do not charge a travel fee.

    • For shoots between 45 to 90 mile radius, we charge a flat fee of $30.
